LAGUNA BEACH APARTMENTS

Beautifully situated in the quiet village of Pos Chiquito, only a 100 meters walk from the Mango Halto Beach, you'll find this Spanish style house, which contains 2 spacious apartments and 2 studios, a tropical garden with swimming pool, outside shower and barbeque. Each apartment and studio is furnished and decorated in its own tasteful style and will make you feel at home easily. The house and garden breathe a relaxed, private and luxurious atmosphere.

The Laguna Beach Apartments lie next to the Mangel Halto Beach, which is a real laguna edged by mangrove trees. Not much visited by other tourists, Mangel Halto hides a reef that provides for excellent snorkeling and diving. Following the coastline to the north and the south, other beautiful snorkeling spots are within walking distance. And if you don't care for snorkeling or diving, just swimming here will give you the sense of your own quiet tropical paradise.

Opposite the apartment you'll find a small supermarket and an Aruban bar and take-away. If you don't want to rent a car, you can easily take the bus at the bus stop close by to get wherever you want to be. Restaurants we can recommend are:

About us
We are Edwin and Marga Berends. Together with two of our daughters we decided to give a completely new turn to our lives a while ago. As frequent and enthusiastic visitors of Aruba, we fell in love with this Spanish style house as soon as we laid our eyes on it. We knew this would be the place for us to realize our dream and create a place to make your stay on Aruba unforgettable.
 

The apartments and studios
La cassa red & La cassa blue are 2 spacious apartments each containing 2 bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and modern kitchen and a porch opening on the garden and swimming pool. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds.

La cassa browni is a 1-bedroom studio with double bed, spacious bathroom and modern kitchen including a microwave, water boiler, coffee machine and television. The doors open to your own private porch.

La cassa orange is a 1-bedroom studio with double bed, a small but modern kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. As in La cassa browni, the kitchen contains a fridge, cooker, coffee machine, water boiler and microwave. Nice terrace at the front.

All apartments and studios have air conditioning. The water in the bathrooms is heated by the sun, an Aruban principle - never hot but always warm enough.

The garden and swimming pool are open to all our guests, as is the terrace. A cool breeze makes the garden and terrace a wonderful place to relax. As a guest, the barbecue is yours to use whenever you wish.

Price changes may occur, please inform. Tourist tax is not included.

Service
You can order groceries in advance so you’ll have supplies when you arrive. You can order a children’s bed or extra bed with your reservation. All apartments and studios are non-smoking areas. Each apartment and studio has its own small safe. Clean towels will be provided to you daily, except sundays and hollidays. Clean sheets once a week. Housekeeping four times a week. Check in time is 15.00 hrs, check out 11.00 hrs.
 

Payment
After reservation you are required to pay a third of the amount due. We accept cash and credit cards. A bail of $150 per studio and $200 per apartment has to be paid upon arrival, to be paid back when you check out leaving your apartment or studio in the same condition as you found it.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 60 Days before arrival will be charged $150,- per apartment/ studio.
Between 60 days and 15 days before arrival will be charged $ 300 per apartment/ studio
Less than 15 days before arrival 50% of the total rental costs will be charged.
